ACT for Youth Center of Excellence Assets Coming
Together (ACT) for Youth aims to strengthen
community partnerships that promote positive youth development and prevent risky
and unhealthy behaviors among young people, aged 10 to 19. Bank Street College of Education The mission of Bank Street College is to
improve the education of children and their teachers by applying to the
educational process all available knowledge about learning and growth, and by
connecting teaching and learning meaningfully to the outside world. The School of Public Affairs
at Baruch College seeks to create an environment of learning and support for
the leaders of our nonprofit community.
Cornell Cooperative Extension of
NYC Enables people to improve their lives and
communities through partnerships that put experience and knowledge to work. In partnership with government agencies, nonprofit
institutions and foundations, the Fund develops and helps to implement
innovations in policy, programs, practices and technology in order to advance
the functioning of government and nonprofit organizations in New York City
and beyond. Neighborhood Technical Assistance
Clinic NTAC was founded to improve
the delivery of community and faith-based social services by delivering deliver
technical assistance and capacity-building workshops and services to social
and cultural service organizations. Partnership for After School
Education PASE is the largest after-school network in
the country, providing training, technical assistance and networking
opportunities to 1,400 youth agencies in New York City. New York City-based Ramapo Training was established
to provide staff training and program support for educational and
recreational programs, especially those that serve children-at-risk and those
with special needs. TASC provides grants, training and technical
assistance to more than 130 community-based organizations in New York. |

Borders connects people, organizations, and resources to help build a world
where all people can live free and dignified lives. Institute for Youth Development IYD is a non-partisan, non-profit
organization dedicated to ensuring the best possible future for America's
children by promoting positive choices and behaviors. Provides capital and advice to help
non-profit organizations achieve their mission, improve their capacity to
deliver services and strengthen their communities. NPower's mission is to ensure
all nonprofits can use technology to better serve their communities. Support Center for Nonprofit
Management Provides a range
of services designed to increase the effectiveness of nonprofit organizations
and their leaders, enabling them to better serve their communities A Theory of Change is an innovative tool to

Networking/Advocacy
The Afterschool Alliance is a
nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of
afterschool programs and advocating for quality, affordable programs for all
children. It is supported by a group of public, private and nonprofit
organizations that share the Alliance's vision of ensuring that all children
have access to afterschool programs by 2010. A coalition of parent organizations,
community school boards, concerned citizens, and advocacy groups. We seek to
reform New York State's school finance system to ensure adequate resources

City. Citizen’s Committee for the
Children of NYC New York City’s only locally-based,
